Founder of lifestyle brand Away, Steph Korey is a role model for young women with a passion for the fashion industry. She graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in international relations and then later completed an MBA at Columbia Business School. She has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 and EY Entrepreneur of the Year. She lives in New York City with her family. Here is some background on Korey.

Steph Korey is an entrepreneur and startup investor based in New York City. She is an advocate of underrepresented groups and encourages innovators. She co-founded the luggage company Away in 2015 and served as its CEO for five years. During her tenure, Away has raised $156 million and achieved a valuation of $1.4 billion. This has made Steph Korey a sought-after figure in the fashion industry.

Her background in start-ups has served her well. While studying for her MBA, she worked at two start-ups, Warby Parker and Casper. She also co-founded a luggage company, Away. She calls her experience at these companies “startup grad school.” While studying at Columbia Business School, she also met Jen Rubio, whom she would later partner with for her luggage company. Their business was launched in 2013 and has grown to become a global brand.

Currently, Steph Korey is an active angel investor and business advisor. She has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 in the retail category and has twice been named EY Entrepreneur of the Year. She is also on the Goldman Sachs 100 Builders + Innovators list. She lives in New York City with her family. Despite her many achievements, she is known for keeping things in perspective. While some people may see a business detour as a hindrance, others will look past it to see a solution.

While She has an MBA, she has also worked at two start-ups. In addition to working for Warby Parker, she also co-founded the luggage company Away. While she may be an ideal candidate for a job at a startup, she doesn’t seem to be a typical entrepreneur. She has a highly successful career and is the founder of several successful companies.

During her MBA program, Steph Korey worked at a start-up. She worked as a logistics manager at a company called Warby Parker. She was a co-founder of a luggage startup with Jen Rubio. They met at a networking event and decided to collaborate on a project.
