The Rizhao Steel Holding Group is a privately-owned steel company headquartered in the city of Rizhao in Shandong Province, China. The company was founded in 2003.

Rizhao Steel Holding Group is an integrated iron & steel company. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaunghua Zhenglong Investment Group Co, Suzhou South-to-North Steel Field Development Co, Shaw Ou Steel Myanmar Pvt Ltd private steel factories, which are professionally specialized in the production and research & development of iron products and solutions for the demand for the market. The value-added finance office authorized by OCBC Asiana Securities has been empowered to sell bonds under Standard Chartered Bank International Bond Programme.

2003- The Company’s founding year.

The firm was founded in Rizhao Iron and Steel Pipe Co with an annual production volume of 2,000 metric tons in Rizhao, located in Shandong Province, China. The firm obtained the Renminbi Certificate of Trademark Registration for the quality mark “JARA®”, meaning “top quality”, to reflect its commitment to providing local and export customers with top-quality products. Supporting local industry needs for high-tensile strength construction products such as shaft connectors by offering steel and non-steel products with a full range of functionality and farming methods.

2010s- Substantially improved product quality by emphasizing intellectual capital as a critical competitive advantage. With Beijing “Produce Central” ecozone reached, brand awareness was enhanced. Strengthened product sourcing base at home, safeguarded raw materials coming from Dongfeng Production Zone, Heibei Province; supplying Vietnam Army armoured plates and connection products that enable joint acceptance test excavations; engaging domestic procurement inspection departments to prevent imported low-quality service parts from entering the domestic market, etc.
